Minggu Mesra Kampus Jan 15 by Anita Leong

Minggu Mesra Kampus Jan 15 (MMK)
By Anita Leong Su Juan, Foundation 3rd , CE

Pocket D, 27th-29th January 2015 – Minggu Mesra Kampus, fondly known as MMK was back again this January where all the clubs or organizations and even some of the upcoming events had set up their booths to be promoted to UTP staffs as well as students.

It is held every semester to create awareness on the existence of the clubs in order to attract the students to get involved in extra-curricular activities. This also helps to realise UTP’s vision of producing well-rounded students in terms of both academic and co-curricular activities.

This time, there were roughly around 40 clubs participating to make MMK a successful one, not forgetting to name a few main clubs or societies such as Students Representative Council (MPPUTP), Rakan Masjid UTP, Media and Technology (MEDTECH) Club and also Residential College Support Unit (RCSU). The organizing committee of MMK had invited few vendors to Pocket D to make it merrier and most importantly, to quench students’ thirst as well as to satisfy one’s hunger.

Looking forward for Minggu Mesra Kampus May 15! Thumbs up to the organizing committee and also to those who came and visited MMK booths throughout that three days as your presence has contributed to the success of MMK Jan 15!
