Oval Park, 3rd February – An Explorace was held on this beautiful day by the Rakan Masjid Society. Many students participated in the event both, with the majority of them being students in their first semester of Foundation. The event started with an early morning briefing at 8am, followed by the task sheet being handed out to the participants. Two of our reporters followed the students to each checkpoint. Overall there were 6 checkpoints and each checkpoint had different tasks to be completed by participants. Among the tasks were to memorize hadiths in a given time period, perform a nasyid with the aid of musical instruments, and testing the participants’ general knowledge in Prophet Muhammad’s history. All in all, everybody had a good time and each group received a prize for participating, with the top 3 groups receiving special achievement gifts. For more event photographs, please click here.
