May 2015- Media Carnival, an event organized by UTP MEDTECH Club for the first time
on its track of activities. The main objective of this event is to provide a
platform for every UTP students and staffs to improve their skills and to
awaken their passion in the field of photography and videography. The Media
Carnival kicked off with a talk by Mr.Fazer Ahmad, a full time photographer for
the past 5 years and also the director of the movie Leftnan Adnan. He shared
his experience and some techniques to take the best photos using amazing skills.
It was a very inspiring talk as many students turned up for the second day.
Mr.Filus Ghazali, another inspiring and talented speaker was invited to give a
talk on videography skills.The audiences were amazed by his success in his
career despite being a handicap (with only one hand) and shared his expertise in
producing videos of first class quality. At the end of the day, everyone was
satisfied with the talk as they have got something new to try out when they
hold the camera next time. The event ended with souvenir presentation and light
refreshment for everyone.
